- The content of your enquiry or message.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to respond to your enquiries, manage the commercial or professional relationship and, where applicable, send you information about our capabilities and news. The legal basis is your consent and Europavia's legitimate interest in responding to your requests.
4. Data retention
We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and thereafter for the periods legally required to address any liabilities. When no longer needed, it will be securely deleted.
5. Recipients
We do not transfer your data to third parties, except where legally required or where necessary to provide the requested service. In such cases, the providers accessing your data act as data processors, under the appropriate contractual safeguards.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@europavia.es, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Europavia applies the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorised access.
